Day 4: Full Locust Pose #yogadebbychallenge
/Day 4 is Full Locust pose. There's really no cheat in this posture; you just have to breath and keep trying. Just like all poses, the more you do it, the more strength and flexibility you will have and the easier it will get. Full Locust strengthens your middle spine muscles and opens your rib cage.
Keep your legs firm, toes pointed, and arms straight, with fingers touching, and strong. This is a four way stretch, from your eyes to your toes, and from fingers to fingers. The more you lengthen, the more you will strengthen, and the higher you will lift. Eventually, your legs will be as high as your torso.
Don't force, and make sure you are warmed up before trying any pose! Share your picture to @DebbyNachmannYoga on Facebook and use #yogadebbychallenge.
