Join the #yogadebbychallenge!
/Starting Wednesday, August 19th join with fellow yogis in a fun, 10 day, back-bend focused, yoga challenge. Check the blog each day for info on the day's pose, then take a picture of yourself in the pose and share it on Facebook. Tag me @DebbyNachmannYoga and use #yogadebbychallenge so we can all see your pics!
Don't take the challenge too seriously, it's a fun way to build community and support. Let this be a chance to get creative and explore your practice, don't worry about being perfect or going deepest in your postures...just have fun! Can't wait to see what you come up with!
